Game Day Halftime Refill Sheet
Pre-stage the short halftime reset by zone. For each food, drink, room, or cleanup item, write what is staged before the game, the exact halftime action, the owner, and whether it is done or intentionally skipped. The sheet is built to get the host back to the game quickly. Keep the list short enough to finish during the break; anything nonessential can wait until after the game.
Stage before kickoff
Use the second column to put backup food, clean utensils, water, napkins, and trash supplies in place before the game starts.
Keep halftime actions small
The halftime column should contain short swaps, top-ups, and clears - not a new cooking project.
Skip on purpose
Use “Done / skip” to cross out low-value work. Protecting the second-half start is part of the plan.

Pre-plan the one useful halftime reset: which foods refill, what stays cold, what gets cleared, and who owns the short window.

How long should the reset take?
Keep it to the short window your event actually has. The sheet is designed to prevent halftime from turning into a second setup period.
Can I prep hot food during halftime?
Only if it already fits your real recipe and kitchen plan. Do not invent a faster cook or reheat time to fit the break.
What if guests are still eating?
Skip unnecessary clearing and focus on water, the highest-demand item, and anything that affects comfort or safe service.
