What should I fill in first?

Start with the “Main entrance” and “Photo wall” fields. Then move into “Cards + Gifts” so the drawing starts from the room and traffic pattern you actually have.

What if I move furniture after filling out the map?

Update the repeat routes, not every decorative detail. Recheck the entry, bathroom path, food and drink access, refill route, and any new pinch point created by the move.

Can I adapt this sheet to a different party format?
