Brunch Coffee Station Checklist
Make coffee, tea, water, cups, add-ins, spoons, trash, and refill supplies self-serve without blocking the brunch buffet. Fill in the top fields for “Guest count”, “Coffee brewer”, “Station location”, and “Refill owner”, then use the one-page checklist to work through the “Beverages”, “Service”, “Flow”, and “Timing” blocks in order. Keep it with the day-of plan and mark only completed work; cross out anything deliberately removed so the remaining essentials stay obvious.
Start with the essentials
Fill in “Guest count”, “Coffee brewer”, “Station location”, and “Refill owner” first, then use the checklist as the single source of truth for what is actually done. Do not pre-check work just because it is planned.
Work through Beverages and Service
Use “Beverages” for “Coffee”, “Hot water / tea”, and “Cold water”, then move to “Service” for “Cups / mugs”, “Spoons / stirrers”, and “Milk / creamer”. Mark an item only when the action is complete or deliberately removed from the plan.
Finish with Timing
Use “First brew ready before arrivals”, “Second brew plan”, and “Cold add-ins kept safe” as the closing pass. If an unfinished item no longer matters to the event, cross it out rather than carrying it as invisible work.

What should I fill in first?
Start with the “Guest count” and “Coffee brewer” fields. Then move into “Beverages” so the checklist starts from your event rather than a stock task list.
Do I need to complete every box?
No. Use the boxes that affect your event and leave the rest blank. The printable is a decision surface, not a scorecard for how elaborate the party is.
Can I adapt this sheet to a different party format?
Yes. Cross out tasks that do not apply and add event-specific essentials in the open space. The checklist is meant to shrink the plan, not force every item onto it.
